Hello, my name is Brock Bolduc and I am the managing broker and owner of Sun-Pro Realty and Management. After reading Robert Kyosaki’s Rich Dad Poor Dad at age 15 I caught the real estate bug. I became interested in investment real estate and began charting my course to a career in real estate. After spending several years on the maintenance side of the business, I took the jump and got my real estate license and began working for a local property management company. After spending over 6 years learning the business and perfecting my craft I decided it was time to go out on my own and opened Sun-Pro Realty and Management at the beginning of 2020.

I am a sports junkie and enjoy nothing better than a Sunday afternoon watching football.

Hi! My name is Melinda and I am the Vice President of Property Management Services. 25 years ago, I found myself accepting a position at the apartment community where I lived as the Leasing Professional. I absolutely fell in love with helping people find quality housing! I worked in multi-family as a Property Manager for the next 23 years before joining Sun-Pro Realty and Management. I graduated Summa Cum Laude in Business Admin w/a specialization in management and leadership from Capella University while working full time as a Property Manager, single mom of 2 plus a granddaughter, and caring for my Mother!

Working for both AT&T and Advent Health Systems (AHS), I’ve spent a majority of my entire career in the fields of Information Technology and project management. I started with AT&T at the age of 18 working as a telephone operator. I began to program software and was instantly hooked on coding. I was subsequently promoted and ultimately managed a team supporting all messaging systems throughout AT&T. After several years in that position, I performed a variety of roles in project management in various organizations. I recently retired and now find myself enjoying supporting Brock’s enterprise.

Passions and Interests:
Buying and repairing watches, golf (maybe someday I’ll play again), going to the Georgia mountains, and hanging out with the grandkids.

Accomplishments:
Earned Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) qualification while managing a team at AT&T. I supported several system admins and ultimately we had the highest number of MCSE’s of any team in our organization. Received PMI certification and several CompTIA certifications in networks and hardware. Earned my BS degree while working at AT&T.
