Hello, my name is Brock Bolduc and I am the managing broker and owner of Sun-Pro Realty and Management. After reading Robert Kyosaki’s Rich Dad Poor Dad at age 15 I caught the real estate bug. I became interested in investment real estate and began charting my course to a career in real estate. After spending several years on the maintenance side of the business, I took the jump and got my real estate license and began working for a local property management company. After spending over 6 years learning the business and perfecting my craft I decided it was time to go out on my own and opened Sun-Pro Realty and Management at the beginning of 2020.

I am a sports junkie and enjoy nothing better than a Sunday afternoon watching football.

Hi! My name is Melinda and I am the Vice President of Property Management Services. 25 years ago, I found myself accepting a position at the apartment community where I lived as the Leasing Professional. I absolutely fell in love with helping people find quality housing! I worked in multi-family as a Property Manager for the next 23 years before joining Sun-Pro Realty and Management. I graduated Summa Cum Laude in Business Admin w/a specialization in management and leadership from Capella University while working full time as a Property Manager, single mom of 2 plus a granddaughter, and caring for my Mother!

With over 20 years of diverse professional experience, I bring a strong background in leadership, discipline and business management. During my 15 years in the corrections field, I developed exceptional skills in communication, conflict resolution, problem solving and team supervision. Following my retirement, I owned and operated a successful construction and home renovation business ranging from home, schools and business locations. During this time, I managed, oversaw and executed many creative projects always ensuring quality, safety and customer satisfaction. Most recently I have expanded my expertise by working as a property insurance adjustor, gaining valuable knowledge and insight into risk assessment, claims management and client relations.

I’m a major sports fan, especially football. There’s nothing like game day energy with friends and family. I started my first job when I was 15 bagging groceries at Publix and had that job for two years. I then started working summers with my father doing roofing. Upon graduating high school I enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. I was an infantryman for the four years I was enlisted. After getting out of the Marines I went back to my roots and went roofing the next 12 years. I now work as a make ready technician.

Passions and Interest
My main passion in life is working as cliche as it might sound. I've had a hard work ethic taught to me at a young age and have strived to keep that work ethic. I enjoy working with my hands and learning new skills. I am also passionate about my family which is why I work hard to provide them with an adequate life. An interest of mine is anything sports. I've watched and played sports since I was five years old with American football being my favorite.

Accomplishments
My main accomplishment I'm proud of was enlisting and serving in the Marines. I knew early on I wanted to serve and Marines being the toughest ones gave me the challenge I was seeking. The next major accomplishment is my family I've created. I have a beautiful wife and wonderful son I spend all the time I can with. I also would like to think my work ethic is an accomplishment.

I'm lacking a little in this aspect. I'm a pretty basic guy that just loves his life and living it to the best. I think a fact when you meet or know me most wouldn't think is I wrote poetry. I've always liked writing things that bring joy to others' lives.

My main hobby is golfing. I've been golfing off and on since I was a teenager but have got real into it the past three years. I may not be good at it but enjoy the time outside with friends trying to get better with each other. My other hobby or extra-curricular activity would be fishing. I love going with my family and being on the water trying to fish with each other. A day on the water catching no fish is still a good day I'm my eyes.

Future goals
I would love to own my own house one day that I can raise my family in. I would also like to get into a little bit of real estate to build my wealth up for my family. Maybe one day I will have a company of my own to run and be able to hand down to my son.
